a) When you visit our website
When you visit our website, our server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data will be collected without any action on your part and stored by us until it is automatically deleted after no later than 12 months.

When you buy a ticket on our website, TIXOO AG collects and stores the following information from you which is mandatory to conclude the contract:
Name; Address; Phone no.;
Account data; credit card information.
You will also have opportunity to provide additional voluntary information:
Additional contact details (fax, email, web address, mobile phone no.);
Your personal data is used for the purpose of executing the existing contract with you. Your name and address is required so we know the identity of our contracting partner is, i.e. to whom we provide our services. Your credit card or bank account information is required in order to charge you accordingly. Your contact data is required to send you the ticket and for any queries or points that may need to be made.
c) When ordering our newsletter
Insofar as you have given your express consent, we store and use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter as well as for statistical purposes. At the end of each newsletter, there is a link allowing you to unsubscribe at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
