We, CHAMELEON Theater GmbH, run this website and the services offered on it, and are therefore responsible for collecting, processing and using personal data in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). We are particularly concerned with handling your personal data properly. We would therefore like to inform you of the following as to how your personal data is dealt with.

1. Collecting and using personal data
a) When you visit our website
When you visit our website, our server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data will be collected without any action on your part and stored by us until it is automatically deleted after no later than 12 months.

the IP address of the computer you are using to access the site;
the date and time of access;
the name and URL of the retrieved file;
the website from which access is made;
the operating system of your computer and the browser you are using;
the name of your Internet access provider

This data is collected and processed to allow you to use our website (to establish a connection), to permanently guarantee the security and stability of the system, to enable the technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimisation of our Internet services, as well as for internal statistical purposes. The IP address shall only be analysed in case of attacks against our network infrastructure and for statistical purposes.

When you buy a ticket on our website, TIXOO AG collects and stores the following information from you which is mandatory to conclude the contract:

Name; Address; Phone no.;
Account data; credit card information.
You will also have opportunity to provide additional voluntary information:
Title
First name
Additional contact details (fax, email, web address, mobile phone no.);

Your personal data is used for the purpose of executing the existing contract with you. Your name and address is required so we know the identity of our contracting partner is, i.e. to whom we provide our services. Your credit card or bank account information is required in order to charge you accordingly. Your contact data is required to send you the ticket and for any queries or points that may need to be made.

c) When ordering our newsletter

Insofar as you have given your express consent, we store and use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter as well as for statistical purposes. At the end of each newsletter, there is a link allowing you to unsubscribe at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to newsletter@chamaeleonberlin.de .

2. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience using our site and to collect statistical data on the use of our website. Cookies are small packets of data that your web browser automatically stores on the hard drive of your computer when you visit our website. Cookies do not damage the hard drive of your computer when they are deposited there and no personal data is sent to us in this process.
