Our Projects
As a non-profit cultural organisation, we rely on donations to achieve the purposes set out in our statutes and our goals.
Our goals are
- to promote the art form of contemporary circus and make it visible
- to perform and (co-)produce contemporary circus acts
- to enable cultural participation for socially disadvantaged people and people with disabilities
- to promote young talent
- to get involved in national and international networks for the promotion of contemporary circus

Cultural participation for people who cannot afford to go to the theatre
Thanks to your donation, we can offer our heavily discounted solidarity ticket for socially disadvantaged people as well as free tickets for youths and young adults, older people and large families.
Cultural participation for people with disabilities
With your support, we can provide offers for people with sensory impairments, such as performances with live audio description and tactile tours for blind and visually impaired people as well as performances with German sign language interpreters and music performances for deaf guests.
Support for young artists
Your donation enables us to pass on our many years of experience with voluntary coaching and mentoring programmes to young artists. With your support, we are able to make our rehearsal space “The Cave” available to young artists at a heavily discounted rate and offer them a protected space for their creative work and new creations.
Voluntary commitment in networks
With your donations, we can cover the costs of our commitment to networking and promoting the art form of contemporary circus in national and international networks and associations. In this way, you contribute to increasing the visibility of contemporary circus as an independent art form and providing it with a foothold.
Cooperation with schools
We are planning workshops in schools in socially deprived areas followed by a visit to our current show. The pupils will be able to experience the art form of contemporary circus and learn about the possibilities of theatre as a social space and meeting place. We are dependent on financial support for this project.
Support for the art form of Contemporary Circus
With your donation, we can promote the development of new productions, support innovative concepts and artists from the independent theatre scene, present guest performances in our house and provide comprehensive support for the artists.
