New Circus, New Chamäleon

Who are we? What do we stand for? What do we want to show on stage?
The experiences of the last few months have raised many questions for us and led to a deep desire for change. Certainly, many of you feel the same way: A new reality is forcing us to question standards and to redefine what is important.

It is clear to us that we want to live our self-conception as a creative stage and meeting place for contemporary circus even even more in the future. We want to show more diversity, expand our program with new formats and, above all, enable a lot more encounters between the audience and the stage. Because if there is one thing that we have sorely missed, it is the sort of mutual exchange that is possible during an evening at the theater.

Under the motto #ZirkusBegegegen (#CircusEncounters) we want to provide you with new insights into our work and invite you to more exchange and participation in the form of additional audience formats. The starting point will be our guest performance of Raven by still hungry, which will be accompanied by a comprehensive supporting program from September 14th to 19th.
