We offer various options for booking tickets and gaining personal advice to ensure your theatre visit starts in as relaxed a way as possible. You can get tickets to our shows personally at our box office, by phone on our hotline and also in our online shop. In the latter, you can select your preferred date in our programme calendar or jump to the performance times with just a click. Detailed information on accessibility can be found here.
Seating & prices
Our theater is equipped with bistro tables. The exact seating and the number of available seats may vary depending on the show. You can find the seating plan and prices for your desired show by clicking on your desired date in our webshop.
Reductions
Reductions apply for school pupils, students, apprentices, people undertaking voluntary work or voluntary military service, pensioners, unemployed people and disabled people, all upon presentation of valid evidence. Severely disabled people with a “B” status in their verification may bring one assistant for free. The valid evidence must be presented upon admittance, at the latest.
Wheelchair places
As our theatre is a listed building, it is unfortunately not possible to make it completely wheelchair-accessible. There are, thus, some information necessary to guarantee your easy access to the venue. For this reason, we ask that you book your tickets over the phone on +49 (0)30-4000 590. We offer you a group discount for groups of 15 or more. The discount depends on the size of the group. We would be happy to make you an initial offer. Send your request to tickets@chamaeleonberlin.com or call us on +49 30-4000 590. The group discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Children are always welcome with us. Due to the complex subject matter of a nonverbal show and the length of the performance we recommend our shows to children aged 6 or older. For certain shows other age recommendations apply which we announce individually on our website. Please understand that our staff is required to ask you to leave the auditorium upon frequent disturbance. In this case, your ticket will remain valid until the end of the performance.
The general discount for children up to 12 years is 50% off the regular ticket price.

Our shows are perfectly suitable for foreign guests as the communication occurs predominately “without language”.

We will mail your ticket within one working day. However, please note that the delivery within Germany might take up to 7 days. In case your tickets do not arrive on time, we can issue them again at the box office. Please note that we will not re-send tickets which did not arrive.

All booked tickets can be rebooked up to 3 days before the performance date or exchanged for a voucher. Paid tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

Please enter the voucher code after entering your contact details and before choosing your payment method when booking online. If your voucher number contains a letter, you do not have to enter it. All vouchers can also be redeemed via telephone, please contact +49 (0)30 4000 59 0.

Admission to the event starts 60 minutes prior to the performance. For double shows on a Saturday, admission to the second show starts 45 minutes prior to the performance. We recommend to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.

We are happy to finally offer a greater selection of beverages, snacks and warm meals again.
Our professional and friendly service team is already waiting for you in our theatre hall and on our balcony an hour before the show begins. Food is only served before the performance and during the interval as we want to enable all of our guests to enjoy the show without disruptions. We, therefore, ask all hungry guests to arrive early enough to give us their food orders 30 minutes at least before the show begins. The bar area is closed for guests during the entire evening. Food and beverages can only be ordered at your seat.

Yes, we provide free WiFi to our guests.

Photo-, video- or sound recordings during the show are prohibited due to copyright. It would also significantly inhibit our artists during their work. We therefore ask for your understanding. However, you are welcome to take photos and videos during the curtain calls and share them on social media.

No, it is not allowed to bring your own food or drinks when visiting our theater.

Yes, our theater is equipped with an air-condition to ensure a perfect room-temperature even during the warm season. Furthermore, our theater has a modern mechanical ventilation system, which permanently infuses fresh air into the auditorium. The air volume is completely exchanged six times per hour and replaced with fresh air, which enables you to visit the Chamäleon safely.
