You can book tickets for our shows in our online shop, by phone at 030 / 4000 590, in person at our box office, or by email at tickets@chamaeleonberlin.com. In the online shop, you can choose your preferred seat and pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), PayPal, or Google Pay. Tickets booked online can be issued as e-tickets or, for a fee of €5.50, sent to you by post.
Pre-Sales
All dates within a season go on sale together. The start of advance booking varies from season to season, but as a rule it begins in October of the preceding year for a spring/summer season, and in April of the same year for an autumn/winter season. The opening of pre sales for each new season is announced in our newsletter and usually comes with an early-bird offer for our newsletter subscribers.
Previews
Most of our seasons open with previews. During this period, further creative fine-tuning of the production takes place before the season officially celebrates its premiere. Tickets are available at a reduced preview price during this time. All preview dates are marked in the programme schedule.
Reductions
Reductions are available for pupils, students, apprentices, people completing voluntary service (Bundesfreiwilligendienst or voluntary military service), pensioners, jobseekers, and people with disabilities, in each case on presentation of valid proof. The companion of a person with a severe disability whose ID card is marked “B” receives a complimentary ticket. Valid proof must be shown at the entrance at the latest. Reductions do not apply on public holidays.
Reductions can vary from production to production; the reduced price for your chosen performance will be shown in our online shop.
Children up to the age of 12 always pay 50% of the regular ticket price.

Wheelchair Spaces
For reasons of heritage protection, our theatre is unfortunately not fully accessible. There are therefore a few points to keep in mind to ensure your visit goes smoothly, and we kindly ask you to book your tickets by phone at 030 / 4000 590 or by email. We are happy to talk you through all the details personally. Step-free access and an accessible toilet are available. Performances with German Sign Language (DGS)
For deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences, we reserve special seats at DGS evenings with a clear view of both the stage and the DGS interpreters. On the relevant performance dates, these seats are marked in light blue on the online seating plan. On evenings with DGS interpretation or audio description, we lower our reduce prices even further to make these performances as accessible as possible. Corresponding proof must be shown at the entrance at the latest.
Tickets can be booked online, by email, or in person at our box office. As with all our performances, a solidarity ticket is also available.

Performances with German Audio Description (AD)
At regular intervals, we offer performances accompanied by live audio description via headphones, along with a preceding touch tour. Please note that both are held in German. We ask that you register for the touch tour and book your seats by phone at 030 / 4000 590 or by email, so that we can reserve a receiver for you. Please also register assistance and guide dogs during the booking process. On evenings with audio description, we offer a pick-up service from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. We kindly ask that you register for this in advance as well.
On evenings with audio description or DGS interpretation, we lower our reduce prices even further to make these performances as accessible as possible. Corresponding proof must be shown at the entrance at the latest. As with all our performances, a solidarity ticket is also available.
