Showdown: The Premiere
What a start: Showdown has now officially kicked off the season with a glittering premiere! In front of a full house, the seven acrobats vied for the title of the new “face of the circus” and drew laughter and applause. If boos were sometimes heard, that was not a bad sign in this case: The audience joined in the excitement and commented enthusiastically on the highs and lows of their personal favorites* as the competition progressed.
Showdown is our first co-production with Upswing and we are really looking forward to the next few months with the artists, to working together and to many great evenings with our guests.
