Let’s Play! An Introduction Part II

In less than a month, we will begin 2023 full of energy and anticipation for the guest performance series Play. From January 3 to February 12 a wide variety of actors will take us by the hand and introduce us to the colorful world of contemporary circus. Because just as multilayered and diverse as our present time is, this performing art form is also developing. Detached from imposed genre boundaries, Contemporary Circus establishes itself as an interdisciplinary and diffuse symbiosis of moods, spaces and professional artistic performances.

For six weeks ten companies will bring contemporary circus to life with their creations. The stage presentations are accompanied by a supporting program that invites you to more deeply immerse yourself, to understand, to inquire, to meet and to be directly involved.
